Mobile-ITX showcased

wonderful. more via vaporware that will never make it into consumer hands.

could you maybe list the "vaporware" VIA announced in the past?

good luck with that :D

picoITX is better. still small enough for PDA's and its an actual computer not a POS....

meaning you can have 2GB ram, and it has VGA ethernet ps2 usb sata....on a credit card. so picoITX FTW IMO

they are completely different. the pico ITX is NOT designed to run this low power, with integrated peripherals (video, etc). The form factor may be small but its not designed to be a PDA.

as for "small enough", pico ITX would be an absolute brick in your pocket compared to mobile-ITX.

a pico ITX also requires a much more massive cooling solution, verses mobile ITX which will probably amount to a flat slab of aluminum.

to be honest, pico-itx makes no sense at all!
the heatsink (in a case) will be even bigger than the mainboard.
also there are just no cases available...

think about nano-itx, i think there are only some 5 cases available.
