Maybe it already exists (would be nice), but is there a way to turn off pictures using the mobile version of the forums? I use it to save bandwidth on my phone and stay away from threads likely to have large pictures, but get caught with huge pictures once in a while killing mobile bandwidth, which unfortunately is not unlimited.

Under mobile the User CP only shows PM & subscribed threads as options. Need to use desktop for all options.
 
Turn it on in full site and see if it works in mobile?
 
Yup, that did the trick! Shows pictures now show up as links.

I was just noting above that there are very little options in User CP under mobile.
