Mobile Celeron 478 PPGA mobo compatibility

I'm about to bid on a mobile celeron. Just wondering if it will work w/ any 478 mobo?

The reason i'm asking because there's also a 478 PPGA FC-PGA2.

If this belongs in mobo's i'm sorry. It deals w/ a motherboard and a processor.

best chance of not having to mod right?

and on this board w/ a 400mhz(100mhz) cpu, pc2100 will work match fine right?
 
ASUS makes a socket converter for P4M cpus. I don't know much about them, but if they are the same is the newer celery Ms, it would prolly work without modifications needed.
