Not trying to be negative, but if you want to add 3 more dual slot cards, you will need a new case.

I've been through this looking at a fastra type box ala tigerbiten. There are only 7 expansion slots on the case. 4*2 = 8.

Just a heads up.

I got dual 8800GT's and let me tell you that beats any CPU folding I done. I get a good amount of points from them so you should too with that 9800 GTX :)

ya i know new case is in the works but i just didn't want a card sitting in a bare naked folder without support:D

which pwr supply do you think would support the most vid cards? for a decent price

edit: also playing with riva tuner to get the clocks up some so far i'm at 720/1846/1100 and 5500 ppd or so!

Ok, just knew how crushed I would be had I ordered that 4th card and found out afterwards. Saving you from possible pain :p

I am looking at using a thermaltake 1200 or 1500 toughpower, I have used thermaltake for everything else, seems reasonable. I also know that they have gotten kudos around these parts if I am not mistaken.

looks like a stable overclock for that card should be in the 770/1900/1100 range.. might be able to get a little higher then 1900.. for example my 8800gt artifacts at anything over 1860 on shader but i can fold all the way up to 1900 before i start getting EUE errors after about 3 hours of running the gpu client.. so id say your safe anywhere around the 1900-1950 range on the shader clock.. 1 site shows the evga running fine at 770/1944/1150 while hardocp shows an XFX version of the same card stable at 770/1870/1245.. just wish i could get that same timing on the vram on my 8800GT but other then that im already faster then the 9800GTX on gpu and shader clock.. but you should be well over the 6k PPD range with 1 of those 2 timing settings on that card.. im at 6129 right now on the 5506 WU..
