I have 2 SATA II SSd's and 2 SATA III WD Blacks my motherboard has only one SATA controller and I have it set to raid with my 2 WD set in raid 0 and the SSD's single.Would there be any difference if I were to switch to another motherboard with 2 seperate controllers? Almost forgot to mention I alread have a second motherboard available,Gigabyte 890FX-UD5.

As long as the raid is the same between different motherboards you should be fine.

As far as SATA III and SATA II. Remember that hard drives of today do not really benefit from SATA III so do not make that a deciding factor. If you want to know why hard drives do not benefit from SATA III the fastest SATA hard drives today do not break 200 MB/s let alone the 300 MB/s that SATA II provides. They actually just started to break the 150MB/s that SATA I provided for a decade with drives that have platters of 666 GB or greater.
