Mixing 2TB HDs?

I will soon have another Hitachi 2tb (bought odditory's last one) which wil give a total 6x2TB drives - 5 hitachis and 1 WD EARX. Would there be a problem mixing these drives in a RAID configuration, probably RAID 5? I know the greens have that whole head parking thing.
