Mitsu 2070SB Pot Adjustment. Help

Does anyone have any info on how to adjust the pots on this monitor. I can see two holes on the left side of the monitor and inside two more lil holes with what appears to be adjustment screws that require a flathead screw driver.

I need to know how to adjust these without killing my self ;) .
