ok well that clears that up.. now im actually looking for a 19" LCD... what do you all suggest?

Well, if you don't care about cash, I'd get the Samsung 970p.
If you live in Canada they're supposed to introduce it in January.
 
im looking for something thats 19", more then 500:1 contrast ratio and less then 12ms if at all possible...

you guys are awesome, thanks for all your help with my annoying questions! :)

lot of choices, Samsung 940b, 970p, 193p+, Viewsonic VX924, VP930b...
But like I said, 970p ;) Or 193p+ which is very similar, but has less adjustment flexibility. Might be cheaper as they stopped producing it.
