Missing Link to HardOCP.com at top

[IndyJoe]

There used to be a link to Hardocp.com on the top menu of the forum. That is missing now. Would be great to have it back.

Features that were turned off during our recent attack are being restored in stages. Once everything is completed, the link will return.
