Strange problem here. I did a quick search and couldn't find an answer.
I have 2 sata hdd's. An 80gb (C) for xp and system apps and a 250gb (G) for storage, games, etc. Was playing a game, quit, went back a couple of hours later and the game couldn't be found. Did some poking around and the hdd (G) seems to have disapeared. Not physically of course, it just isn't being recognised. Not in the bios, device manager or my computer/manage/disc management. I checked the sata cables and power connectors and they seem to be properly seated. Any suggestions? Dead drive perhaps or bad cables? Thanks...
