Im playing Diablo 3 and Neverwinter Online right now
I am running an i7 at 4GHZ with turboboost
GTX 650 OC to 1267 CORE and 2715 MEM stable at between 46 and 65C at max load
16 GB DDR3 RAM
P8Z77-V MOBO
WD Caviar Blue 1TB HDD
Neverwinter online was giving me terrible performance until I changed its drivers out to 320 beta that are optimized for it. I could suddenly play it maxed out with over 60 fps in dungeons. However, cities still give me under 20 fps. Anyone know what the deal is here? is it an optimization issue?
More importantly, I just installed D3 after a year.
First few attempts were mega fail. I couldnt run it over 1260x 1024 with everything on LOW and LOWFX turned ON to get over 60 fps. And I would get 120fps at this point
I cleaned up my registry and installed Wise Game Booster. First attempt running it through the game booster - bam - constant greater than 60 fps MAXED settings with all Nvidea 3D settings set to override and MAXED as well
I played for a couple of hours.
When i rebooted the game soon after, I got under 20 fps.
I reinstalled.
Now every time i try I get under 30 fps. I cant get it back to its old performance. This is all in the span of a few hours.
All temperatures are well within range.
Technology is starting to seem like black magic to me and I am 24
