I recently bought 2 different video cards with different UPC barcodes. There is a different amount rebate on both, however both uses the same rebate offer (same form). They were ordered the same day, however different order numbers, shipped to the same address. The terms are:

"Only 1 rebate(s) per product, rebate, person, billing address, company, household"

Can I get a rebate for both since they're two different items? Or I can only qualify for one since it's the same rebate offer?

I apoligize in advance if this is in the wrong section, but I didn't see an area in the forum for general questions like this

Yes, from my understanding you can because you bought 2 different products hence 2 different rebate amounts.

For example, if you bought an HD 5450 and an HD 6450, those would be considered different products.

Yes, 2 different products satisfies the "one rebate per product", but it does not satisfy:

  • one per rebate offer
  • one per person
  • one per billing address
  • one per household

Both these items are from the same rebate offer, both bought from me, and both shipped to my biling address. That's why I'm a little confused from how the phrase this.

Mail them in...you will either get both or only one...you have nothing to lose but a stamp.

They don't say 'or' anywhere in there, so it is by default its an 'and'.

So you can use the rebate as long as you don't meet every criteria at the same time.

Mail one from home and the other from a different address. That's what I'd do.

Yes, I agree with Spazturtle. I read and understood it the same way. All of those rules would need to apply for it to be considered the same.

Put one in your parents name and use their address for the rebate. Shouldnt run into any issues with that unless you live at home still lol.
