No, not cool for gaming at all: "Video resolution is limited to 720 x 480 pixels so HD material is out of the question but the majority of SD material should be playable."

Most modern PC games won't even play a resolution that low.

If you're interested in the GP1, definitely check out the review I just posted here. IMO if you have a flat surface be it wall or a projector screen to put the image onto, gaming up on a 80" screen is definitely awesome.
