I've been looking at mini-itx boards and I'm not too sure on what I should get. I've been looking at these three boards,

EPIA 800 KIT
VIA EPIA M10000
VIA EPIA P4 ITX

It will be used as a ventrilo server and host a couple of irc bots and mabye later be used as a cs 1.6 server. I'm not sure what I need to get based on power and I'd like to not spend more then $200 but I can spend up to $250. USD
