Mini-itx board for Debian based PC

Hi Everyone

I was wondering if anyone has/had found a chipset on a mini-itx board that works well with Debian based distros?

The only real requirement is that the PC can play 1080P streams from youtube and a plex server(where the transcoding is all done on the server)

I was leaning towards an intel Atom of some sort, however I'd be open to anything that I can jam into a small case. Basically I don't want to be caught out with lack of hardware support which would stop basic video acceleration
