I have a panasonic PV-GS9 Mini-DV camera... is there a way to download to my computer any faster than just capureing the video by playin it back...
i dont have a problem with the time it takes.. someone was just asking me about it,if there was any possibility that would be great :)
 
Nope... capture via Firewire is 1:1... one hour of tape takes one hour to capture.

There are some direct-to-disk solutions... but they are pricey!
