My current overclock is at CPU 4,4Ghz with 1,288v, ,min CPU bus at min 3,8ghz and max at 4,1 ghz with CPU ring bus voltage at 1.288v too. (To test at max 4,2Ghz next if worth it). And CPU voltage input at 2.

So if I set the Min CPU Bus and max such as I have, am I really overclocking the CPU BUS?
Because when I stress tested with min and max equal and above 3,8 the stress tests failed, but now it's passing them.

Maybe? Best way to find out is to run benchmarks while trying different settings and see if you see a difference. You could also monitor your clocks while running a benchmark, but that doesn't tell you the effective change in clock speed, only instantaneous speed (or average, which isn't really useful over a long period of time, and is hard to record e.g. 5s avg without specialized software).
