Here is my current system.

AMD64 3200 clawhammer
epox 8kda3+ motherboard
1 gig corsair 3200XL pro xms series ram
120gb maxtor 7200 harddrive
BFG geforce 6800 OC
22" FD trinitron 225 monitor

Now My cd with service pack 1 I cannot find for some reason or another. The problem I am experiencing though is very slow speeds and probably not the performance that this system can actually handle. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what i could do to help my system perform better. Obviously I need to get atleast service pack 1 on this machine but that I already know about. Everything is running at stock speeds. Any programs that I could get to try and pinpoint a slow point? Perhaps the hard drive or memory I have does not like my current mobo? I have the most recent drivers for my monitor/mobo/video card aswell. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
