is this window kit.......really this window kit?

at the top, it says: 10"x12" Clear Window Kit w/ 80mm Fan Hole
but in the picture, its blue, and theres no hole

is the blue the cover or somethin? and is the picture just a mixup?

i dont wanna buy it, and find out its the wrong one. if i did buy it, and i got the wrong one, can i send it back?

lastly, is there a place i could get this for a cheaper price?
 
The blue is just the plastic protective layer on the plexiglass, you peel it off.
 
Window kits are crap.....


Just buy some plexi, cut the hole, and you have a window.
