midTower less than $50 fit 5870?

Hey guys, Im all set to go on a new build, but the only concern is my case.
I am buying a 5870 and a cheap case so I can toss out after half a year. (i will be moving)

I need a case less than 50 dollars

Some people say the Antec 300 isnt deep enough for the 5870 (insert joke here).

someone suggested the CM Elite 330 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119115
But i am unsure if that can support it either.

Any help is welcome.

Full towers don't much different in temps its all about air flow.
