The PC I plan on building will have: 7800gtx, 2 gigs ram and AMD 4000 and just ONE HD.

My question is, can I get away with using a mid sized case instead of a full size case. And 2) since I will have very minimal amount of components in this case, which one will have better air flow?

realisticaly the airflow should be about the same. You could get something like an antec slk3000B and get excellent airflow. It has room for 2 120mm fans and is not giant in size. Plus the large fans will keep things quiet which is a plus

thanks, could you help me out a bit?

I need a good PC Case.

I would like it to come without a PSU
and I would like it to have a window.

I was going to get the Thermaltake XASER, Armor Series for $120 from the egg but everyone is saying how they are a rip off from stacker.

Plus its $120, I figured I dont need a full size case and can get away with a mid sized one for half the price.

Oh yeah, and I plan on modding it too with a couple 120mm fans.

I am new to this modding scene, what are some of the best cases for modding?

You know, I was just looking at that case over at the egg....but I don't plan on even going to any LAN parties lol.

SO I don't know, would it be worthless for me to get a LAN Case if i don't even plan on taking it anywhere?

Who cares about whether you go to LAN parties or not. I dont and this is the best case I have ever owned :D
Its light, has a window, has mod potential, has 120mm fans handling the air flow. whats not to like? Its not very difficult to work with. A modular PSU would definitely help as well.
