How is a billiards game that has in app purchases worth $85?

I don't have much experience with the MS store, but this screams shady to me that all of a sudden it's "Free".

Yeah I didn't understand the sudden interest yesterday in a game that has 0 reviews and has in app purchases. Looks bland. No reason it is $85. No reason for seeing this deal on multiple sites. What am I missing?
