Microsoft Sharepoint 2010 - Cannot open files

Hey All,

We made a sharepoint at work and invited some people in it. Some had problems with opening the Groove-file but we manually selected the Groove.exe to open it with and then they got access.

But now some want to open files in the sharepoint and get the error:

"spwdoc://{series of letters and numbers}/folder/folder/folder/filename.extension cannot be opened"

What's wrong? :) Thanks a lot if you guys would be able to give me (us) a solution for this!

Worked after reinstalling MS office 32 bit version instead of MS office 64 bit version
