I do side work for a local company, and he upgrades servers and networks ALL the time, i always remind him i want the old gear or the chance to lok before anything is thrown to the recycle's bin

So this time i got a HP server ML110

Hope to try some remote fx stuff, and get a thin client that has dual display.

the one thing i'm researching about is, can i connect a usb controller to the client and will or can it pass it to the rdp connection..

If it's a proper client, yes you should be able to do USB pass through.

Also go with 2012 while you're at it, more out of it vs. 08 R2 that I'm on.
