I believe Microsoft OneNote which is a software designed mostly for students, not for commercial use. Is it free of cost?
 
Was made free a while back. Great software, been using it for ~5+ years.

Not for students at all. I work for a Fortune 500 company and OneNote is at the heart of meeting planning/tracking/agendas/action-items/etc.
