Can someone link me to the warranty page for microsoft mice/trackballs? I went through this once before, either I am really slow today or Microsoft has hidden their warranty info page really well. I know the mouse has a 5yr warranty, I just need the info as to where to send it and what documentation is needed for replacement. Thanx in advance.

punisher theyre really great on this.
Try calling them, I did and they asked for a number on the bottom of the mouse and they shipped me a brand new one out no questions asked.

I was actually amazed how easy it was.

MS warranty service is awesome. Never had a problem with them either.

MS warranty service is the best I've ever experienced. I have three Intellimouse explorers that get used a ton. They've crapped out once or twice each over the past 5 years and each time MS has sent me a new one within a couple of days for no charge. That is one monopoly that doesn't act like one. The only trick is finding the right phone number. I just send a general e-mail to customer service asking for the right number and I get a response within a day. Excellent.
