Microsoft Mouse Replacement

Does anyone know a contact e-mail for Microsoft to request a replacement mouse?

I have a Microsoft Intelli 4.0 and the left and right click buttons are starting to act a little weird the last month or so. Sometimes i have to click multiple times on things.

I found a phone number on Microsofts site for replacement parts but i dont know if thats the one i need to call or not. I'd rather just find an e-mail since its already past their office hours now anyways.

The number was (800) 360-7561.
 
Exact same mouse, and the left mouse button is completely warped for me. I get so many mouse wigs, it looks like I'm having seizures in first person shooters. Middle mouse button is so worn down, it scrolls like a car wheel. The controller is so poorly manufactured, I want to hit myself.
Anyways, I had the same problem, and looked into it, but never got around to it.
