Microsoft Forefront for Exchange Server Setup

We are preparing to rollout Forefront Client Security at our company but are having issues with remote applications such as VNC after installing forefront on our test systems. Is anyone familiar with this product? Basically, Forefront sees remoting as a threat and quarantines it until you tell it to "always allow" which is common, but even when that rule is saved in the definitions, there are still remote issues that last until reinstall of VNC services and even then sometimes crop back up. Could this be a WSUS issue? I've looked a bit on that server but haven't found anything yet. Microsoft is telling us that the default settings are all we need of course. lol. Suggestions? (Other than to find a new app)
