Microsoft anti-spyware active protection

    Do you think it's worth it to run the active protection on this program?

    If you are not an advanced user or others using the computer are not advanced I would say yes. If you know what you are doing, you should be able to tell when something is f*ing with your system but it is rather handy for people that don't know what that activex control is about to do....

    With all the tricks out there involving Java or ActiveX it is definitely worth running the active protection. I always do.

    I would definitely let it run. I've already gone to several web pages, and had the MS Spyware pop up, warning me that a script was trying to change my home page.

    (Sigh) thats the trouble with Porn sites.. they just ALLWAYS gotta futz with things :rolleyes:
