Microsft IDE Driver NCQ Support

I was having problems with the nVidia IDE driver, and switched to the microsoft driver. How do I check if NCQ is enabled? Also, what is the enhanced drive perfomance checkbox under a hard drive in device manager do?
 
Anyone have an answer for this simple question? I know where to find it for the nvidia driver, but Microsoft?
