There is definitely a difference in the physical size, hence the term "Micro". The second link includes an adapter to make it compatible with standard SDHC card readers and devices.
 
MicroSD cards are extremely small and thin, whereas standard SDHC cards are normal-sized. MicroSD is generally used in cellphones and MP3 players that don't have space for a full-sized SD slot. However, the downside is that MicroSD cards are generally quite a bit slower than standard SD cards. Unless you need MicroSD, I suggest getting a full-size card for the speed benefits.
 
I feel Micro is the future, so go with the Micro... most of the time they are cheaper for whatever reason

Actually i checked alot of sites MicroSD is more expensive. other cards get more Gigs/$ compared to microsd/hc. I already purchased the 8gb A-Data off newegg. should be here tuesday or wednesday. but if newegg is great as usual it should arrive monday.
