Microphone recommendations?

Well, I'd like to buy a microphone for ~40 US$. Mostly will be used as a skype/vent microphone but will also be used to record voice. I'd like something that records voice accurately and preferably comes with a stand or clips on or something. The stand isn't extremely vital though.

One more thing: I'm in Japan AKA not in the states right now so don't link me special deals in the states.
 
Well me general recommendation for a mic to be used with speakers is this one. It's just a little headset mic. Cheap, and near your mouth so not a lot of echo.
