Microphone Doesn't Work with Win 7?

Hey guys, has anyone had any experience with problems getting their microphone to work in Win 7. My mic worked in XP and Vista and as soon as I upgraded to Win7, it won't even pick up my mic.

Anybody know of a fix. I have the latest drivers. Rig in signature.
