I recently built my own computer and it runs great. I installed all the driver discs and everything. But for some reason my files got screwed up (prolly my own fault) and I re-formatted the Hard Drive. All the driver disc's worked except one, the mobo disc. For some reason my PC froze when I tryed to acsess it, and since my mobo was from Nvidia, I downloaded their drivers because I wasn't getting any sound (built-in sound). It came with this neat-o program Nmixer or somethin' and my sound it fabulous. One problem. My microphone doesn't work anymore. And since I'm way into gaming, I need that. I've re-installed/un-installed the drivers multiple times but, nope, still no mic. I have headphones. I don't quite understand... it worked before, I went through the sound icon down in the taskbar and cranked the mic all the way. Nope. Nothing.
