Hey everybody,
I am going to be getting a new x58 setup in the next few weeks and I am planning ahead for what needs to be done to perform well with my water setup. It is not yet set in stone, but it will most likely include the following

Below are a few pictures of the current build with just the CPU tubed. This is sort of a preliminary build with P45 and I threw around some placement ideas.

So now that I am upgrading to x58, I also want to add a block to what will be a GTX295. The current build is a P5Q PRO with a Q6600 stable at 3.6 with idle temps around 30-32.
I am concerned that when I upgrade to an i7 920 and tube both it AND the GPU in the same loop, my temps will be higher. Should this be a huge concern or is it possible that a single loop will suffice for the new build? So I am looking for opinions in that respect since it will save me a little money.
If it would be better to run a dual loop, it is possible with my reservoir since it has double inlet/outlet options. The issue surrounding this option is that I don't know where to put a second radiator. I brainstormed two possible options that need evaluation -
1) Stacking another 320 on the current radiator with the inlet/outlet on the same side, but back-to-back with the first.
2) Getting a 420 to stack on top of the current 320 with all inlet/outlets facing the same direction. The 420 would stick out a little further since it is longer, allowing compensation for the barbs to face the same direction as the ones on the 320, without the complication of option 1 where they would almost have to be placed back-to-back.
Both of these involve sandwiching so I need a little advice. Option one would make it look better but would involve some angled fittings to keep the tube distance as short as possible. Where as option 2 would make the it even heavier and award to carry. If I do go this route, where should the fans be placed? Would 3 (or 4 w/option 2) be sufficient for pulling air out of the radiators? Or, will I need more fans? Placing any fans on the inside for a push configuration won't be easy since the mounting system is universal for all radiator spacings which places mounting thumb screws at key areas on the inside for this bench.
I am going to leave it at that for the time being and please ask me for important factosr that I have left out. I am welcome to any ideas and recommendations and If I am doing anything wrong let me know as I have not been doing watercooling for very long.

Edit: if you are curious, I have a very well equiped external optical drive. I don't really use it that much anyway so putting one in the 5.25 wasn't worth it for me
