Microcenter Return Policy

Does Microcenter accept returns on Video cards for full refund. Their policy says "service parts can only be exchanged". Does video cards fall under service parts? Bought a video card from one of their stores that I wish to return.

I have had friends return graphics cards to Microcenter before, so its possible.

I've returned one too. You can do it.

All other products not listed above may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in "like-new" condition - the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories.

I've never had a problem returning video cards to them. They're usually pretty cool about returns, unlike a certain other chain *cough cough Fry's*.

30 days on everything except for full systems. Same as BB.
