MicroATX, Socket 775, PCI-E

Can anyone think of a good motherboard that will support a 2.8E-775, PCI-E, DDR2, and also be able to fit in a MicroATX. I had the chip stable for a friend in a MSI board @3.5, now we have a chance to replace the motherboard and he wants a smaller case. I Would like to get the same overclock. Heat will be an issue, i'll think of something.

The only motherboard that looks interesting, but I can only find little on it, is the Gigabyte GA-8I945GZME - and from a post I read it will not be able to OC. Can anyone confirm?

I must be over-looking something, these motherboards seem to be elusive/non-existant?
 
You might have more luck with responses in the motherboard section of the forum; I'm not sure this is where the thread belongs.
