Micro USB to SPDIF Optical?

Trying to find a way to use a phone directly into my DSP in my car. It accepts SPDIF input for a digital signal I would love to use. Phone is android based. Are there any micro USB to Spdif adapters that work?

EDIT: My phone has USB C...
