Micro Fly and Gigabyte s2g problems

Hi I am in the process of building a microfly with and gigabyte s2g and I am having a few probs. My psu is the ultra x2 connect 550 watt. Everything powers up but i am noticing that all the fans seem to be running super slow....also I know that there is onboard video but i cant seem to get either the vga off my 7900 gt or my onboard to give any disp. Any help is appreciated i will check back while messing around with it. Thanks
edit: My current read on temp is 24.5. Is there a jumper on this board where you can disable onboard video?
