I am looking for a good microATX desktop case for an i7 build. Right now the plan is to get

Corsair 650W PSU
MSI X58M MB
ATI 4770 or something similar
6GB memory kit
Optical drive
2-3 internal SATA drives

CM Elite 340 or 341
340's have been phased out but you can still get them. CM Store has refurb 340's for $20 which is where I bought mine. http://cmstore.coolermaster-usa.com/product_info.php?products_id=51 (looked brand new, came with everything...I recommend their shop)

I'd recommend one of those over an Antec NSK-3480 or a Silverstone TJ08 (especially since the CM's are basically the same chassis as the double-the-price TJ08).

3480 is a nice case but intake is more restricted and the divider wall between the upper chamber and the main chamber is a cable nightmare.

i love my CM elite 341, it is a great little matx case that will fit most anything (i have a 1gb 4870 in mine). best $35 case i ever got by far

I like the Antec NSK2480 if you are going for a "desktop" chassis (horizontal style). If you want a mini tower instead, as some of the other posters are suggesting, then I like the Silverstone TJ08 - though multiple hard drives can get a little tight in that. Just make sure you get a case with decent airflow, since Core i7 processors run hot.
