Micro atx build pcie power cable help

No this won't fix it. Those connectors have to be soldered onto a card, they are pretty much exactly what your card uses right now.

You can fix it with a small mod, take a look at the spoilers in this post.

If that is still not low-profile enough, you'll have to either get a new case or a new Graphics card.
 
and what the mod i need to do that post dosent help why can i just by pre modded cables
 
Jup, those are the ones. Try these, and if they don't fit, the only other option would be to resolder the power connectors on the GPU.
 
This case has the exact same problem. The GPU will touch the side of the case so there won't be any space for the power connectors.
