i have sennheiser pc 150s, and 2 stand alone mics, all of a sudden my mic stops working, i try switching it with my other ones, and still nothing, then i went to onboard, and i get sound, but barley any at all

any suggestions?

using a sb audigy1
 
Do your speakers work? And make sure that the mic is selected as your recording device - sometimes apps can for some reason switch your recording device.
Or your sound card is dying (possibly).
 
just tested my 3 mics on my other comp

none of them work, got no loopback when mute was unchecked.

gonna get some audio 90s for mic for neck and hd550s
