I have audigy2zs ans logitech z-680's

1)whats my best option for TeamSpeak/ used for gaming?
2)Is there a line splitter so i can have a headset and my speakers hooked up at same time?
3)do u use mic or headset? and what type?
4)
 
4) is there anyway to make the gamesound come out of the speakers, and the TS/people talking come out of the headset?
 
If noise isn't an option then use a stand alone mic over a head set. I can't see why anyone would want to use a headset when they have speakers that put out better sound anyway. I went with the logitech USB mic a while back but thats because I don't have a separate sound card yet.
