Would someone be so kind as to point me to a guide or at least some useful instructions for testing PSU's with a meter? Since sticking this 510SLI in I've had some serious stability problems (screen freezing, lockups, optical drives not reading, can't adjust voltages, etc) and would like to make certain it's the culprit. I've got an OTC 3392 Megameter, which I assume will do the job.
 
Is it advisable to turn the system and the PSU switch off when moving the positive probe from one to the next?
