As mentioned, just seems like a port, and one that will likely have technical issues. They could have at least done a remaster to improve some of the textures. I know changing the art style itself would be controversial but MGS4 seems to suffer from the gray art design that plagued many games during that era.

Look how they just now added HD textures to MGS3 from Legacy Vol 1 - maybe they'll update this 1 year + after release with better textures or something

Also Peace Walker will have co-op
