Messenger removal via rundll

ok so whenever I remove Windows Messenger via the rundll fix, I get the
'error unregistering the OCX16422' message. Now I know I have done it before via rundll without getting this message, anyone know how?

This is what I am running

RunDll.32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%infmsmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

I am wondering my self how to remove this windows messenger after sp2.

have MS re-activated the "messenger" service with this SP. I dont use XP but i got a mate to unistall it using teh above command and he couldn't (SP1) so i got him to stop teh service and it unistalled ok?

out of interest what have MS enabled by default for XP SP2
