Despite the deceiving title of the listing when I called I was prompted to dial 777, 778, or 779 for issues regarding the Windows 7 Upgrade program. My call was answered without any waiting by a nice young woman who was an immense help over the CSA from Asus which took me 45 minutes to reach.
