Memtest86 Freezes..

it seems everytime i run memtest86 now it freezes at walltime: 6:09, test 5 i think. i just got done ocing my new cpu, would this be a sign that i pushed my ram too far?
 
would anything bad happen to this ram if i kept it like that? if i can play games fine and everything else would it be ok to leave it?
 
you keep shooting a guy between the legs with a gun and dont hit him. should you keep shooting, probably not, but you never really know unless you try
 
he means it's a risk that you run and it's possible something may happen

e.g. -how long is a piece of string
