4 bad sticks of ram??? you might try running the memtest w/ the ram in your friends (known good) computer. That way you know if the ram is bad OR the mother board. Right now Im leaning twords the mb.
 
...please bump your original thread (by posting another reply), rather than post multiple threads on the same subject in the same (or multiple) forums.
