Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I have the 12.8 drivers installed for a MSI 6970 lightning and Windows 7 operating system. Where in the registry are "MemoryClockTarget" and "CoreClockTarget" located?
Open Catalyst Control Center
Click Presets.
Click Add preset.
Give a name to the preset and save.
Now go to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\ATI\ACE\Profiles\ (AppData folder is hidden. Select Show all files and folders in Folder Options).
In the Profiles folder, you will see the app profile you made, it will be a .xml file.
Open the .xml file with notepad, and you will see the values you are looking for.
name="CoreClockTarget"
name="MemoryClockTarget"
Save the file after setting any changes you want to make.
Now go back to Catalyst Control Center.
Select the Preset you created, and click "Apply" at the bottom of the Catalyst Control Center window to activate the profile.
